Should any products you buy from this site arrive damaged, we will replace them with the same product or a similar item depending on stock availability. You will need to supply proof, such as a photo of the damaged goods and the exact date of the damage.
NOTE: We do not replace damaged or broken goods in your possession 2 days after receiving them. We can refund payment for goods that are damaged or broken in transit. If the item is not delivered or received, we will replace it at no extra cost. You must supply proof that you did not receive your goods. Goods left on doorsteps can not be replaced. We replace goods covered by signed-for and tracked postage only. Our courier will usually provide us with proof that your item was delivered to you safely. Items that are the wrong size cannot be refunded; however, we will replace the item with the correct size for you at no extra charge. Please ensure you order the right size and colour when ordering.
